Machine:
• The machine is driven by a 200bar 4kW aggregate.
• The maximum pressure of 30T is generated by a hydraulic cylinder with a piston diameter of 120mm.
• Control of the hydraulic cylinder is possible at every stage of its operation.
• A working table with dimensions of 300 x 325mm or 700 x 350 has several rows of M12 threaded holes that allow the installation of tools and instruments necessary for work.
• The threaded end of the piston rod allows the use of various types of nuts for fixing tools.

Control:
• The press has been equipped with an electrical box with implemented control.
• The hydraulic cylinder is controlled via the foot pedals.
• The stroke of the piston is adjusted by means of contact limit switches, thanks to which the operator can determine the extreme positions of the actuator.
• Adjustment of piston stroke speed and pressure force is possible thanks to the hydraulic valves available to the operator.
• The machine is operated in automatic or manual mode.

Safety:
• CE marking: The machine complies with the safety and health protection requirements of the Guidelines for the Construction of European Union Machines 2006/42 / EC.
• The machine has emergency stop buttons to stop the machine at any time.
• Foot pedals are equipped with a lock to prevent sudden activation, resulting in uncontrolled operation of the machine.

Transport of the machine:
• The machine has been equipped with transport channels for the fork of the forklift.

Standard die sets:
• A device for making technological holes under the zinc “wedge shape”.
